What Do Our Kits Consist Of?

All of our kits have engineered drawings/stamps and are permit-approved plans for weight, wind, and snow load specifications. These kits are manufactured and packed here on-site. So if you’re looking for a 100% locally manufactured building kit, then we have you covered. We only supply your materials, but if you’re needing a trusted contractor for installation, then we have you covered! We make two different style buildings. Bows and A-Frames. Bows are our cheaper option. Roof panels will run horizontally. A-Frames are our premium option. Roof panels will run vertically and will have special bent boxed trim for your gables and eaves. The metal we use for our framing is 14 Gauge 2.5” x 2.5” square tubing. The base rail nubs/connecting pieces consist of 2.25” x 2.25” square tubing. The metal roof/side panels have a premium AkzoNobel 40-year warranty paint system. We have 18 different color options available! The metal is a 29 Gauge Classic Rib. The panels come 3′ wide and are one of the universal panel styles in the US. Perfect for matching your home! We carry concrete anchors and rebar to attach your building to gravel, dirt, and concrete. C/U Channel is used for your peak and corner bracing for extra support. Self-tapping Steel Binders/Pancake screws are included in your kit as well. A-Frame structures include a hat channel to act as a metal purlin for vertical roof and siding panels.
