· We use our universal 29 GA Multi-Rib/Classic 5 Rib panels and our standard color matching Post Frame Trim and Screws for your Roof and Walls! We use our 40 Year AkzoNobel Paint system. (30 Year Fade and 40 Year Rust)

· We keep most of your materials in stock, so lead time will be a lot shorter for materials!

· We offer multi-tone color options and wainscotting for the best possible color combo you want!

· 3 ply & 4 ply Glulam Wooden Posts for better support and better look! We also carry Fully Treated Posts for our Open Shed Kits!

· We carry from 16’ – 28’ Posts (12’ High – 24’ High Standard. Custom Heights are Available!)

· We keep 12’, 24’, 32’, and 40’ 4/12 Pitch Standard Wooden Trusses in stock! Designed to be set 2’ OC. (Custom Size Wooden Trusses Available!)

· We keep Southern Yellow Pine Lumber in stock for Roof and Wall Purlins, Skirt Boards, Headers, Knee Bracing and much more!

· Lean-to options are available!

· We use Astro Armor blanket insulation for our kits. They are 6’x125’ rolls with a reflective back and provide up to a R Value of 13!

· Detailed plans and Sealed Drawings Available! Plans will also be provided so you are not scratching your head wondering where everything go’s!

· Our buildings are designed for 8’ OC Glulam Posts and 4’ OC Wooden Trusses! Residential (2’) and custom size buildings are also available!

· We only supply materials but, we have a list of trusted contractors to provide you if needed!

· We DO NOT supply Concrete, Garage Doors, and Windows!

· Lead Time is anywhere from 2 – 6 weeks to get your building materials together!

· We also offer Delivery in our kits for a smooth transition from our shop to your Job Site!
